Vacation Bible School (VBS) is an annual holiday programme conducted in English by Kay Poh Road Baptist Church. It has been running since the 1960s. At VBS, children aged 5 to 10 (Kindergarten 1 to Primary 4) listen to Bible stories, understand "hands-on" how missionaries live and what they experience in foreign lands, engage in intricate crafts, participate in fun games, rev up to inspiring music, and are challenged with an exciting excursion. These culminate in a concert put up by the children for the parents on the last day of the event. Parents will get to experience the VBS with their children on this day.
VBS 2011 - "Big Apple Adventure: Where Faith and Life Connect"
Dates: 29 November to 2 December 2011 (Tuesday to Friday)
Time: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (29 November to 1 December. Lunch and snacks are provided each day.)
9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (2 December. Lunch, snacks and dinner provided.)
